This year, the Vintage also added some extra style and flair as it added a vintage costuming and 'steampunk' workshop to the day's proceedings, which organiser Emily Falson credited with helping broaden the event's appeal.
"This is our third year and we really felt we wanted to have more families and women and not just have it be a bit of a blokey tractor event - although of course, some women do use the tractors - so that's why we thought we'd offer a prize for the best costume and the steampunk that had a whole bunch of kids involved," Ms Falson said.
Even with this fair barely in the rear-view mirror, organisers are already looking to expand and build on this year's success to set a new high-mark next year.

"We'll expand on that again next year, we're not quite sure yet what we're going to do, but we'll expand on that again to have more going on throughout the day and keep the momentum going through the day."
Another aspect that drew much attention this year was the memorial parade held in John Edwards honor. A beloved local figure and car enthusiast, Edwards held a place on the Vintage Fair committee and sadly passed away late last year.
During the parade on Saturday that began proceedings, Edwards close friends and family led the procession through town, with some driving a selection of Edwards' own vintage vehicles and classic cars.
"Because [John] was one of the founding members of the Vintage fair, that was very important and of course, because he was a car lover, that was important," Ms Falson said.
"It was very touching, it was a very special moment for us."
"We had around ninety five entries in the parade this year and last year we only had seventy six, so we're really happy with that and we had people coming from further afield which is of course, fabulous," Ms Falson said.
"It's been a really, really big weekend," Ms Falson said.
