Have you been missing your mat and meditation time at your favourite studio due to Covid-19?
Good news, our online library can help.
Library staff have searched our resources and found eBooks, eMagazines and eMovies, all available free with your library card from library website 24/7.
Stretch and strengthen with Kanopy Yoga:
Kanopy is more than just movies, you can watch hundreds of documentaries and instructional videos for free as well. Here are two yoga videos trialled by staff recently.
Chair Yoga.
This 40-minute yoga video will suit beginners and experienced yogis. Clear, simple instructions with options for those who may find getting on the floor difficult.
Power Yoga.
This 30-minute yoga video provides the yogi with information about the different types of yoga practises, a brief history of poses and health benefits of the practise before the yoga segment begins. This yoga is a little faster than the chair yoga, though instructions were still clear and simple.
And you can press pause at any time.
There are many other yoga videos, that you can add to a watchlist once you have logged in with your MRL library card number and PIN.
