Dubbo Regional Local Government Area (LGA) had six confirmed cases while Orange City has eight and Bathurst Regional nine.
There are four in the Mid-Western Region and three in the Blayney Shire, Cabonne Shire have two confirmed cases.
The Narromine Shire, Warren Shire, Warrumbungle Shire and Weddin Shire all had one case.
Employees at Bodangora Wind Farm have been forced to self-isolate after a visitor to the site tested positive for coronavirus.
Owner of the workplace located near Wellington, Infigen Energy, confirmed the visit took place on March 10 and employees have been in isolation since then.
Infigen's investor relations general manager Peter Campbell did not confirm whether any employees had subsequent COVID-19 symptoms.

Also on March 10, Liberal Senator Andrew Bragg paid a visit to the Bodangora Wind Farm. He tested positive for COVID-19.
"I was a guest at a friend's wedding in Stanwell Tops on March 6. After satisfying the guidelines of direct exposure and flu symptoms, I have tested positive to coronavirus," he posted to his Twitter account on March 17.
While a flight into and out of Dubbo on March 10 have been included on a coronavirus watch list provided by NSW Health.
Mr Campbell said all staff impacted by the visitor who tested positive to COVID-19 were asked to self-isolate for 14 days following the visit.
"Out of the abundance of caution, General Electric intend to engage professional trained cleaners to sanitise the work place before our employees return to work," he said.
Mr Campbell said the site could be operated remotely and it had continued to generate electricity while the employees have been in self-isolation.
He did not confirm if Senator Andrew Bragg was the visitor who tested positive to COVID-19.
"Our focus is on the safety and wellbeing of our employees and their families. We will respect the privacy of the individual concerned," Mr Campbell said.
