The event was held at the Mitchell Inn, with a total of $7565 raised through auctions and raffle items.
The fundraiser was co-organised by Jenny Stanton who wanted to raise enough money so the local brigade could finish renovating the toilets and showers at the station.
About $1000 was needed for materials, so what's left will go towards hiring professional trades to come complete the work.
Ms Stanton said the local volunteer firefighters were "over the moon" with the result.
"It was just the most brilliant afternoon," she added.
"Thank you to everybody.... the support has been overwhelming ever since it started."
Ms Stanton said she became overwhelmed at the auction upon seeing the community donate.
A $265 donation even came from as far as Sydney after a barbecue was held by a group of workers.
"Our next job will be getting quotes (for the trades) and going from there," Ms Stanton said.
