Wellington's Australia Day celebrations will be held at Wellington's Cameron Park from 9am. The morning will include a free barbecue breakfast, an award ceremony and plenty of entertainment and children's activities. Cost to enter the pool that day is just $2
Pool Party:
Warren, January 23
The Warren Youth Foundation are hosting a free pool party, thanks to support by the NSW Government Regional School Holiday Activities Fund. From 11am pool entry will be free and a barbecue will be provided. Children under 12 years of age require adult supervision to attend this event.
Narromine's Australia Day awards:
Narromine, January 26
Everyone is invited to join the Narromine community celebrate Australia Day. The morning includes the presentation of the Citizens of the Year awards, a citizenship ceremony, free community barbecue, activities such as the annual watermelon eating competition and more. The event kicks off at 8.30am down at Dundas Park.
Free Aussie barbecue breakfast:
Dubbo, January 26
A free barbecue breakfast will be served from 7:30am at Dubbo's Victoria Park for the annual Australia Day awards. The official ceremony will begin at 8am and will include the presentation of the Australia Day awards, a citizenship ceremony and cutting of the Australia Day cake.
Griffo's party for everyone:
Mumbil, January 26
For Mumbil locals there will be plenty to celebrate this Australia Day at Griffo's Burrendong Hotel. The party is kick off during the day and will continue well into the night. Col Hewett will be entertaining the crowds from 4pm to 8pm. Bring the family, kids and your friends and get amongst the fun.
Foam Party:
Narromine, January 25
This Australia Day Eve come celebrate early at the Narromine Hotel Motel when it hosts a Foam Party starting approximately 8pm on January 25. Live entertainment will be provided by DJ Di Di Love.
Sooper Dooper Ozzie Day:
Dubbo, January 26
The Sooper Dooper 60's Ozzie Day show will feature Eddie Daniels and Suzie Lee. To be held at the Dubbo RSL from 2pm to 4pm, there will be plenty of nostalgic music from our very own superstars of that era.
NSW Country Regionals:
Narromine, January 25-26
The Macquarie Yabbies will host the NSW Country Regionals, over January 25-26 at the Narromine Aquatic Centre from 10am.
