After initially indicating he would plead not guilty, William Paul Allen, also known as William Peckham, pleaded guilty to a string of domestic violence related charges in court.
On July 30 the 19-year-old man assaulted the woman at a Tudor Place address in Dubbo.
According to court documents, Allen also sat outside the woman's home, took a photo of her car and sent her a message in which he asked her if she wanted the vehicle to be smashed up.
An AVO was enforced after the woman reported the assault and intimidation to police.
On August 2 - while the AVO was in place - Allen took to Facebook to intimidate the woman.
"...there's one rule, never be a dog and go to the coppers... I can guarantee I'm gonna kill you," he wrote in messages seen contained in court documents seen by the Daily Liberal.
Police arrested Allen again in August and magistrate Gary Wilson denied him bail.
On October 18 Allen appeared before magistrate Hamilton in Dubbo Local Court. He pleaded not guilty to a choking charge and was found not guilty and not convicted.
Allen pleaded guilty to two AVO breach charges, two assault charges, two intimidation charges and one property damage charge. He was convicted and placed on two community corrections orders that require him to be of good behaviour for 18 months.
