The Wellington community have thrown their support behind the Cancer Council's Daffodil Day fundraiser, raising a total of $1562 for the annual campaign.

Local volunteers Rae Batho, Patty Neville, Bev Rich and Margaret Grasnick were selling merchandise, including daffodil's, bears, pens and more on Friday, August 23.
Their aim was to help raise funds for the organisation's much loved campaign.
Proceeds from Daffodil Day helps raise money for vital cancer research.
