Fire and Rescue NSW (FRNSW) crews from Dubbo and Wellington were called to a home on Pierce Street in Wellington at 6.05am on Tuesday following reports of a fire.
FRNSW Station Officer Simon Bracht said people were inside the home when the fire broke out.
"There were five occupants of the house and they've all been evacuated," he said.
"There were no injuries, but they were all taken to hospital for observation."
At this stage the cause of the fire is unknown.
