A HOME in Wellington has been left totally destroyed by a late night blaze.

Firefighters were called to the Hawkins Street property in south Wellington around 10pm on Wednesday evening.
A firefighter from Duboo Fire and Rescue NSW station said multiple brigades were called to the scene including Wellington, Dubbo and a NSW Rural Fire Service brigade.
“The police and ambulance were also on site,” he said.
“It was an unoccupied house and it was destroyed by fire.”
The Wellington Times understands this house may have been a Department of Housing property.
The cause of this blaze is unknown at this stage.
