The ‘Great Business Program’ is an initiative of council supported by the Wellington Business Chamber and Dubbo Chamber of Commerce, sponsored by Regional Australia Bank.
Dubbo Regional Council’s Economic Development Officer Jacki Parish said structured workshop presentations, research and customer insights would provide a valuable development opportunity for the local business community.
“I encourage all businesses in Dubbo and Wellington to take part in the program including retail, professional services, home businesses, light industry, entertainment, trade and commercial businesses,” Ms Parish said.
“Registration costs $285 and includes promotional support, workshops with business experts and extensive customer feedback obtained in store. There will also be the opportunity to apply for one of three $10,000 business development grants which can be used to expand or improve an existing element of their business.”
Ms Parish said businesses that register will learn how to maximise their goal setting abilities, grow their business digitally, win and keep customers, sell their business, enhance small business management and much more.”
