Sunday sees our men's representative team play Blue Mountains at Rygate in the NSW McDonalds Plate KO competition.
The team is being led by Brad Johnson and Nick Cosier.
Last Saturday's Federal Hotel T20 games saw Farmers and Federal Floggers battle it out.
Farmers batting first finished 7 for 131 - Chad Taylor was 36 not out and Brian Giddings 22.
Floggers in reply were 6 for 134 from 15 overs.
James Cusack scored 48, Damien Wells 45 and Fred Stanley 17 not out.
Young Artie Taylor, 4 for 7 from 2 overs and on a hat-trick after his first two balls bowled was the pick of Farmers bowlers.
In game two Redferns took on Federal Thundercats.
Redferns batting first were all out for 164 (Will Redfern 41, Mark Redfern 33).
Thundercats in return were 7 for 130, with Brian Dutfield scoring 45, and Matthew Powyer 18 from his first game of senior cricket.
Chris Redfern picked up 2 wickets.
Game three at Geurie - the homeside came up against Amaroo Woodpeckers - result unknown due to result slip received.
Saturday's draw:
- Rygate 1pm Federal Thundercats v Amaroo Peckers, 4pm Redferns v Amaroo Ducks.
- Geurie 4pm Geurie v Farmers.
- Bye: Federal Floggers.
Juniors
The under-12s are at the halfway mark of their game v St Johns White and are 4 for 80 chasing about 100 with 20 overs remaining for
Wellington batting before St Johns have to bat again.
Under-14s are still looking for some more players for their
first game on October 29 - please contact Marie Cornish, Loren
Douglas or Michelle Eather if interested.
Representative Cricket
Sunday will see both the Taylor brothers, Rusty and Artie, playing for Macquarie Valley u12s and 14s respectively against Mitchell at Bathurst in the Western Zone Inter-Council games.
On Sunday before the NSW Country Plan B Regional Big Bash game between Orana
Outlaws and Ranglers at Victoria Park, Artie, Alexandra Morley, Kimmie
Trappett, Amalie McNeill and Cally Black were all presented with their
Western PSSA shirts.
Kimmie and Harry both the captains were involved
with the coin toss.
So Sunday pop down to Rygate to watch our town's men's team play.

The girls state carnival is at the end of the month in the Hawkesbury area while the boys will be
enjoying the beach around the Sydney South area in November.
Milo/T20 Blast Come & Try Day - just waiting on posters and will be a mid-week after school.
Open to both girls and boys from 5 to 12 years.
All details will be available at the "come and try" afternoon regarding how many sessions (weeks) the program will be run over plus the small cost involved.
