Spicer's Creek's special reunion

A lunch is to held at Spicer's Run, the home of Joe and Kristy Mason, commencing at 11.30 a.m.

The Spicers Creek School closed in 1984 after having been in existence for 106 years. It was situated for many years in a school yard leased from the Masters family of "Fernleigh" Spicers Creek

The committee is endeavouring to contact as many people connected to the school and the area as possible.

One of the past teachers at the school, John Willing, who now lives at Millthorpe, will give a talk on the relocation of the old abandoned school to his property at Millthorpe.

John and his wife Lois have faithfully restored the old school which will now enjoy life as a B and B.
