Cowra girls carnival
Thank you to the families who travelled to a rather cold and miserable Cowra on Sunday
The under 10's girls side was a mix of ages who just got better and better each game resulting in them getting right through to the final against home team Cowra. The home team (Cowra) were just too good and narrowly defeated the Wellington girls to claim the prize.
The 14's Girls side was unfortunately short on players but full credit to the girls who never gave up despite the odds and had a great day of soccer. Thank you to Scott Eagleston who worked hard to keep the girls positive going into each game.
It was a great carnival of quality soccer. Thankyou to the club for supporting this opportunity for our girls and thankyou also to the Cowra club for running a very smooth carnival again this year

The under 11's warriors faced a very well oiled West Side Panthers outfit who were just simply too big and too strong on the day for a side whose average age is 9 yrs. The warriors never gave up though with Kimmy Trappett working hard in goal and Oscar Boland and Jack Owens having a big games also.
