''I'm looking to set him up for a national title next year. He has the right build, he's lean, tall and has a very good reach and his footwork has been impressive'' he said.-
The young welterweight has a real passion for the sport, he cites one of the world's best pound for pound boxers Floyd Mayweather as one of his heroes '' I like Mayweather he's a legend'' Oscar said.-
''My footwork is getting better all the time and I enjoying working with Joel Galea at the Hardnox Gym in Wellington, he is also one of my hero's'' the Year 10 Wellington High School student said.-
Beasley has a 3-1 record so far including a country state title ''He is a unbelievable worker. He's here five days a week working out'' Galea said.-
The Wellington boxing professional is taking four fighters to Dubbo and is also preparing himself for fights in Sydney and Dubbo in February and March.-
''I'll take Oscar with me so he can learn more about the big fight game. He really is a talent'' he said.
