"The work Donna and Mark do for junior league players is an inspiration to the local rugby league community. They are caring and hard working. Whenever Donna is needed in the kitchen at Kennard she is first to put up her hand and Mark loves the kids and works hard to support them," he said.
"The work the Lousicks have done behind the scenes with players like Kotoni Staggs is fantastic.
"Kotoni is probably the game's most exciting product and their work in the background helping me is unbelievable and goes from the heart."
Staggs completed his year with the Cowboys 15s and 16s with a staggering 31 tries, a field goal and 32 goals scoring 189 points to become the sport's most outstanding player in 2014.
Kotoni is heading to the Brisbane Broncos who signed him earlier this year.
