Jeff Mann officially took over the general store last Friday with his first act being a new name for the store.
Talking to Jeff he has some great plans and some exciting changes in mind.
He will be refurbishing the shop to give it a fresh look.
Not only will the general store continue selling newspapers, grocery lines, fuel, oil and take away food, Jeff plans to also turn the store into a cafe.
Starting from last Friday the Mann From Ironbarks trading hours are 8am to 8pm on weekends and 7am to 8pm on weekdays.

In Mumbil, the Mumbil Store continues to go from strength to strength.
Karen Fusco who took over the store not that long ago and is continuing to put her touch on the store.
Offering a great range of take away food, and in my opinion offering the best hamburgers in the region.
Karen has just recently introduced DVD rentals and has other great ideas in mind.
The store also sells a great range of essential grocery lines and some lovely gifts.
It is also the home of the Mumbil Post Office that is open all day from Monday to Friday.

With these two outstanding business doing such a wonderful job, it's just another example to everyone why they should travel along Burrendong Way to pay them a visit and why people who live here always say 'love the villages'
