"Our staff Teresa Brennan, Linda Turner, Rebecca Whalan and Trish Beard are backing the community with this and we are urging men to get a health check," she said.
"Thank you to all the people who gave money for our appeal for prostate cancer."
The Australian prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia says 20,000 Australian men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year, joining close to 120,000 Australian men who are already living with the disease.
Every man has a one in five chance of being diagnosed with prostate cancer by the time they are 85.
