"Lots of locals are dropping in for their morning fix of our coffee which is a good heart starter and is locally made in Dubbo," she said.
Matilda is helping out with the Papillon Collection which is housed at WINS and also has art exhibitions from time to time in the region.
"I wanted to start the shop to bring the community together for a morning chat and conversation," she said.
The cafe is open every week day morning.
"We'll see if we can open on the weekends," Ms Julian said.
