Wellington Memorial Soldiers club secretary-manager David French is getting a bit excited about the new development of a dual restaurant covering both Australian and International meals on the top floor of the club and believes new staff additions will make it all the more creative.

"Head chef Ed Smith is known to a lot of people and is already getting rave reviews," Mr French said.
"So too is our operations manager Josh Lang who is a local born and bred, and loved by everybody who meets him.
"The Council has been fantastic in assisting us with the Development Application and we appreciate their efforts because this is for the community," he added.
