"We now have the Papillon Collection at WINS, its hanging on the wall here," she said.
"You can drop by and view the paintings which are cherished by the community and for a small fee hang them up in your home or business to showcase a love of local art."
"'This is a special community art bank and it is rare to have this type of thing in any country town, we are so lucky," Ms Julian said.
"There are 40 paintings hanging on the wall a WINS and I thank the guys at WINS and also volunteer Peter Sheridan who has worked hard to help me," she said.
