Helen and Teresa Johnson open the doors at WATS each Saturday morning for costume hire which raises much needed funds for the local society.
Helen has been busy during the past weeks preparing costumes for WATS’ forthcoming presentation of Fancy That which will be staged at Wellington Soldiers Memorial Club auditorium on Saturday September 7 (a dinner show) and the popular matinee will be held Sunday September 8.
Costuming a show is fun and challenging according to Helen, who has been costume mistress for Oliver, Everything Goes, Calamity Jane, Oklahoma, Joseph, Annie and numerous delightful pantomimes.
