The woman in her 70s was rushed to St Vincent's Hospital after falling on the upper level of Allianz Stadium on November 16.
The incident unfolded about 10.15pm as fans began to leave after the concert was finished.
It's understood the woman had been attempting to step over seating rows when she fell.
In a statement issued after the concert Venues NSW said the patron was assisted by venue staff and an off-duty medical professional until medics arrived and she was taken by ambulance to hospital.
"This is a terribly sad incident and our thoughts and wishes are with the patron and their family during this time," a spokesperson said.
The news comes after the death of a Taylor Swift fan at the pop star's Eras Tour concert in Rio de Janeiro on November 17.
The 23-year-old sought medical attention at the concert as temperatures soared to more than 39 degrees.
The following night's show was postponed as the extreme temperatures continued.
