The Wellington Aboriginal Corporation Health Service (WACHS) invites all secondary schools in Wellington, Dubbo, Moree and western Sydney to design a cover of its 2020 Annual Report.
All Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander secondary school children aged from 11 years to 18 years of age are encouraged to design an artwork around the theme 'Connectedness.'
Students in year 9 and 10 at Wellington High School were creating their pieces last week.
WACHS were able to supply the students with canvas and paint to help them kick start the designs.
Teacher Grant Roberts said being a part of the competition was a great way for the school to interact with the wider community and support the health service.
If you would like to find out more information on the competition please visit www.wachs.net.au
All entries must be accompanied by a signed and completed Entry Form including design story by 5pm on Wednesday, September, 11.
