The current health climate and the cancellation of the National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence has not stopped Wellington Public School from highlighting the importance of kindness.
March, 20 is traditionally a day held throughout the country to acknowledge the impact bullying and violence can have and how kindness, respect and tolerance can create positive and fulfilling relationships.
Wellington Public School hold a large number of programs and activities throughout the year that promote the care and concern of others and despite the national day being cancelled still wanted to show their support.
"In such a difficult time as we are having now, it is so important to look after each other and to check up on others," a school spokesperson said.
