Despite sitting near the top of fan considerations in the voting stakes, Staggs will be sat out for the annual fixture as he undergoes recovery for a toe injury, but there will still be a raft of Central West footy talent taking the field for the February 22 clash with their Moari rivals.

Fellow Wellington junior Blake Ferguson will make a return to the wing with New South Wales Blues partner Josh Addo-Carr, who also has ties to Wellington through his family and Tyrone Peachey will once again return to the squad after serving as lock last year.
Dubbo born Jesse Ramien, who played as a junior for the Coonamble Bears, filled an interchange position in Laurie Daley's 2019 squad, but is expected to line-up in the centres alongside James Roberts.
The All-Stars game will be his first appearance on-field since his shock departure from the Newcastle Knights' playing squad in order to negotiate with other clubs.
Ramien found a home at the Cronulla Sharks, but had missed the transfer dead-line to continue playing in 2019.
Orange-born Origin five-eighth and centre Jack Wighton, who starred in the NSW Blues' 2019 Origin series win and the Canberra Raiders grand final campaign, will move back to the five-eighth position for the match-up with David Kidwell's Maori side.
