The conference will be held on February 7 at the Dubbo Regional Theatre and Convention Centre by the Young Farmer Business Program.
Guest speakers will offer an insight into the key business drivers that young farmers and fishers need to be thinking about.
Speakers include Yellow Brick Road chairman and television star Mark Bouris, as well as former Wallabies, captain Stirling Mortlock.
Mr Bouris will focus on why farmers need to be entrepreneurs to succeed, while Mr Mortlock will talk about coping in adversity.
Other speakers include The Exchange Co founder Jillian Kilby and succession planner Isobel Knight.
In the afternoon four young producers will share their stories to the audience.
Approximately 200 young farmers and fishers from the central west and as far as Inverell will be attending.
Program coordinator and central west pig farmer Alexandra Hicks said the inspirational stories that will be shared in the room will motivate those attending.
"And get everyone pumped about their future as a farmer or a fisher," she added.
ALSO MAKING NEWS:
Ms Hicks hopes the conference is not only motivates the farmers, but allows them the opportunity to network with like-minded producers.
With more than 100 tickets sold and the success of the 2020 conference already looking promising, it is hoped that the event can be held annually.
"It's really great to be able to build it and see this response... (it shows) this is something that is really needed and it's great that the NSW Department of Primary Industries is supporting this program," Ms Hicks said.
"It's so worthwhile and needed so I'm really excited."
Later that evening an informal dinner will be held at the Western Plains Cultural Centre with six farmers and fishers helping with the catering.
"We're really conscious about trying to support local businesses and supporting local farmers," Ms Hicks said.
The day before the conference and dinner the Young Farmer Business Program will hold farm tours to central west properties.
While the Dubbo farm tour has sold out there are still tickets available to the Yeoval event.
