This year's 200 kilometre trek covered the Dubbo region for the first time, including Wongarbon, Beni, Geurie and Taronga Western Plains Zoo. It featured more than 20 tractors.
The trekkers embarked on the journey across the Central West from Friday until Sunday after meeting at the Dubbo Showground.
The group was lead by Dubbo local Nick Clancey.
"Our objective is to raise funds to help assist families with children that are suffering from illness and/or disabilities, and our mission is to support these children and their families and provide them with financial assistance during these difficult times," Mr Clancey said.
The Central West Charity Tractor Trek group has been successfully conducting fundraising events for the past five years in regional NSW and have raised $100,000 for Little Wings.
"The Central West Tractor Trek is about celebrating the joys and smiles in which the tractors bring to residents in rural communities through which it passes," Mr Clancey said.
