In October the venue will open its doors as a licensed premises and you may see new faces there.
Kathryn Kennedy has been the owner of the popular venue for about three years and will maintain this role with Mark Brisbane coming on as the new publican.
The official hand over day will be October 7 and Mr Brisbane already has ideas in mind for the bar, such as $4 schooners during the first few days of reopening.

The Wellington Hotel closed as a pub at the end of 2017, but continued to offer accommodation and functions.
"We took a breather for 18 months and just ran functions to decide what we were going to do," Ms Kennedy explained.
She has been living with family in Wellington for 15 years, but made the decision to move back to the coast.
Ms Kennedy said working at the Wellington Hotel was a lot of fun and gave her the opportunity to run her own commercial kitchen for a time, but that she was ready for a change.
When asked if she will miss Wellington, Ms Kennedy replied "absolutely" and reassured her local friends and patrons that she will be back regularly.
"We have a lot of family and friends here and will be back here all the time," she said.
"And the kids love it here and they've got some many friends too."
Mr Brisbane and his family have been in Wellington for nearly three years after moving from Wollongong to be closer to relatives.
The soon-to-be publican said Wellington was a really nice place to live and decided to go into the business after seeing Ms Kennedy's advertisement for it on social media.
Ms Kennedy said she had a lot of interest after posting the advertisement, but that Mr Brisbane is a "born publican."
"I had quite a good response... but this just felt right. It just felt like Mark could do the job and is right for the industry," she said.

Mr Brisbane is looking forward to getting into the Wellington Hotel and doesn't have any concerns, adding that nearly every day someone was asking about the reopening.
"I've met a few people over the past two-and-a-half years and they will make it easy," he added.
Both Ms Kennedy and Mr Brisbane were excited to what lay ahead for the venue and its loyal customers.
"People miss it and they miss it being open. So it's exciting," Ms Kennedy said.
Reopening the venue will have a great trickle down effect to businesses, helping to boost the local economy, Mr Brisbane added.
Mr Kennedy will help the transition run as smooth as possible for the publican, as she plans to be on-site until December.
"So there's a few months of an ease in," she explained.
"I'll still be here for questions, or help with changeover of websites. It will be quite a smooth transition (for Mr Brisbane)."
