Some of the activities held included Clay Giants, dragon puppets and 3D printing.
All of the workshops were centred around the theme 'Fantastic Fantasy'.
On July 17, Sydney based artist Andrew Christie visited the Wellington Library to host the 3D printing activity and said those who attended were really enthusiastic about the class.
Eleven children aged nine to 15 designed their works on a computer and then printed the three-dimensional creations to take home.
Overall all of the Library's school holiday workshops had been well received, Wellington Librarian Victoria Murray said.
"It teaches creativity, collaboration and looks at advanced technology for the future," she said.
Andrew's stop in Wellington was part of a central west tour of Libraries around the region, which also Dubbo, Mudgee, Gilgandra and Bathurst.
