Approximately 40 cast and crew were a part of the Ma Baker's Tonic show, which was held at the Wellington Soldier's Memorial Club from June 1 and 2.
Approximately 300 people were audience to the production over the two days.
Director and WATS member Noel Grimes said this year's show went very well.
"It was a good, fun show. Last year we did My Fair Lady and that was very successful but this year's Ma Baker's Tonic is very different," he explained.
The show is based in the 1920s and was advertised as gangsters, ghoul and glitter, Mr Grimes explained.
"It was a musical with some audience participation and it went down really well," he said.
The dinner show on Saturday night was booked out, as was the Sunday performance, which Mr Grimes said was very pleasing.
The local theatrical society aim to put on a show every year.

Many locals took part in the production which included new residents, Mr Grimes said, with rehearsals becoming a time for those to socialise with others within the community.
"We had a couple of people who were relatively new... it's good for them when they don't know anybody. It's a great way to meet people," he said.
WATS rehearsed for twice a week for three months in the lead up to the show, with more rehearsals put on as Ma Baker's Tonic opening night drew closer.
Mr Grimes said a lot of effort goes into the show.
"More than meets the eye," he added.
At this stage a 2020 show will be held, although Mr Grimes wasn't sure yet what that will be.
"I really don't know but all I can say is there will be one," he said.
"I owe a lot to the cast, crew and helpers. It's fine to say I directed it but it's a team effort and one cannot do it without the other.
"We all need each other to get the show up there so I'm very thankful for that."
