About 55,950 adults across the State District of Dubbo will vote in the NSW election.
Voting day is March 23, however an expected 12,000 were expected to have pre-polled, now known as early voting, in Dubbo alone.
Take a look at the map to see the polling places across the state district and how many votes are expected at each.
The candidates, as they will appear on the ballot paper are:
- The Greens: Rod Pryor
- Independent: Mathew Dickerson
- Shooters, Fishers and Farmers: Lara Quealy
- The Nationals: Dugald Saunders
- Country Labor: Stephen Lawrence
- Flux: Joanne Cotterill
- Australian Conservatives (NSW): April Salter
There are 24 polling places across the state district. On Saturday the busiest is expected to be Dubbo College Delroy Campus, with a projected 2250 people expected to cast their vote at the East Street address.
Those looking for a quieter polling place should consider Lue. Only 80 people are expected to cast their vote at Lue Public School.
Voting will also be taken to the residents at: Bellhaven Nursing Home, Bracken House, Dubbo Nursing Home, Dubbo Private Hospital, Dubbo RSL Aged Care, Holy Spirit Dubbo, Kanandah Retirement, Pioneer House Aged Care, St Mary's Villa Dubbo, Timbrebongie House and Wenonah Lodge.
Those who don't vote in the election will be subject to a fine.
