The books provide helpful information and step-by-step self-help techniques for managing common conditions including depression, anxiety, stress and eating disorders. As part of your treatment your GP, psychologist or another health professional may recommend a self-help book from the Books on Prescription collection.
Book Sale
Only three weeks to the Library Book Sale which will be held at the Dubbo Branch undercover car park on Saturday 17 November, from 9am-2pm. Drop in and have a look for some books to add to your own home library.
There will be thousands of pre-loved books, magazines, DVDs, CDs and computers at ridiculously cheap prices.
