Lots of fun to be had at the library these upcoming school holidays, with renowned children’s author Andy Jones performing on 27 September at 2.30. Andy is a best-selling children's entertainer, author and songwriter. Andy’s show includes musical items and interaction with the audience. He uses his guitar, drums and other props to help kids understand humour and why jokes are funny. There will also be hands on science experiments on Thursday 28 September at 2.30, Lego on 4 October at 2.30 and Coding with super cute and fun robots on 5 October at 2pm. No Going Back by Lisa Kennedy: During a routine family holiday to her husband’s homeland of Turkey, Lisa Kennedy was suddenly told the marriage was over. Her husband took their 8 month old baby from her care and instructed her to go home to Australia alone – beginning four years of hell in Istanbul as she fought the case through the Turkish and international courts.
