Switch your brain on and try beat the clock

Holiday Fun @ the Library

Put your thinking caps on and challenge your brain with puzzles, mazes, brain teasers and tricks and see if you can beat the clock with the library’s Brain On activities on Wednesday 12 April starting at 2pm.

Bring your best game on Wednesday April 19 at 2pm and show us your skills with games like bottle flip, egg and spoon, quoits and steal the keys.

For only $2 per session the library is where the fun is these school holidays for you and your friends.

Every day through the school holidays there will activities such as colouring sheets, jigsaw puzzles, Lego and board games made available for anyone and everyone who would like to join in.

What’s New

Get Squirrely, Robinson Crusoe and the all time classic Bambi are just some of the new DVDs that have arrived just in time for the holidays.

For Young Adults, The Amateurs: It’s been five years since Aerin Kelly’s sister disappeared, and a year since her body was found in woodland near her family’s home.

But her killer has never been found, and the police have closed the case. Aerin is desperate. What really happened that day? Nothing bad ever happened in this town, Right?

For Junior Readers, Bunjitsu Bunny’s Best Move: Isabel is the best bunjitsu artist in her class. She can throw farther, kick higher, and hit harder than anybunny else. But her strongest weapon is her mind.

With even more fun, adventures, and wisdom, author/artist John Himmelman continues to charm in the beguilingly funny series of tales.
