Seniors recommence on January 13, and juniors after school returns.
Seniors
Only two games were played with no results to hand. They were – Federal versus Peckers and Farmers versus Geurie. Ballbusters had the bye whilst Redferns received a forfeit from Ducks.
Juniors
12As – lost in a close game 3 for 116 (Max mason and Will Dimmick both compulsory retiring on 26 and Callee Black 21no). In reply RSL Colts were 8 for 132 with a wicket each to Nat Bradford, Alex Morley, Will Dimmick and Dan Keirle.
12Bs – had a good win over Rugby Reds , 4 for 114 (4 batsmen retired with Clout 23no, young Rupert Mason 12no and Deacon George 14no). Rugby were 9 for 91 with 2 wickets each to Clout, Gurney and Vernon.
Representative cricket
Congratulations to Nic and the boys on a great win over Cobar. Batting first Wellington were all out for 212runs (Kyle Nonnemacker 68no, Will Redfern 27 and Dillon Price 21). Cobar’s J Reagn bagged 5 wickets for 52 runs from 9 overs.
Cobar could only get 170 runs in return (Harbison 85) Brad Johnson 3 for 22 from 10 overs and two wickets each to Kenny Evison, Dillon Price and Cody Hannelly.
Next match is against Nyngan at home on January 28.
