Last Wednesday, August 9 saw the ladies play 27 holes in the McLeod and Savage Cup Events.

Denise and Cheryl along with Gae Drew and Jan Payne will be representing the Club at the Western Districts Keno 4BBB Final in Parkes.
The winners making their way to the State Finals at Bon Ville at Coffs Harbour. Good golfing girls.
Sunday, August 6
Dunedoo Ladies Open Tournament
Denise Haesler and Cheryl Royal represented the Club with Denise bringing home the Division 1 Handicap and Veterans prizes.
It is reported that Cheryl didn’t have the best of days on the course, that’s golf for you.

Tuesday, August 1
Fifteen players in a Par Event. John Pilling with plus five took home the prize from Trevor Messenger plus three.
Geoff Walker won the Putting for the day with 29 putts.
Tuesday, August 8
Fifteen players in the Monthly Medal event.
Bruce James Nett 72 on count-back from Errol Flood with Ross Godfrey winning the putting, 25 putts on count-back from Errol Flood.
This great group of guys play every Tuesday from approximately 8.30am with players from Yeoval joining them.
If there are any Golfers or non golfers (male or female) they are most welcome to join us every Tuesday.

Report from President “Errol”
A very cold and windy day saw 12 hearty soles take to the course Barry Bowman again took home the main prize with 72 nett.
- Mick McMaster was runner-up with 73.
- Frank Wooding scored the putting trophy with 28 putts whilst.
- Errol Flood won the Nearest the Pin on the 14th Hole in two shots.
Their next outing is this Sunday, August 20 at the Yeoval Men’s Open Day.
Any ladies wishing to have a game contact Kathy Martin to pop out to our course to play a round.
Sunday’s “Jack Pot Golf”
The past two weeks have been very quiet in this event with inclement weather and many away at various Tournaments.
The Jackpot voucher is now at $345, just waiting for someone to “hit that little ball into the hole”.
Remember from 10am to 4pm you can have ago and play nine holes to make for an enjoyable time at the Golf Club.
You don’t have to be a Club Member, social, non-golfers or golfers all welcome to have ago.
Our Thoughts
Our thoughts and condolences are with Warren Hurst on the sad loss of his beloved wife “Janet” after her long battle. Warren was the backbone of the Club as Barman for many years and still jumps in on Veteran Days when needed.
