Wellington residents will benefit from a new immunisation clinic for newborns and children up to five years old that will open its doors in Dubbo on Monday, July 3.

Appointments are not necessary at the weekly clinic at the Child and Family Health Clinic at 29 Hawthorn Street.
Children will be vaccinated between 3pm and 4.30pm for free.
Another clinic running from 9am to 3pm in the same facility will continue to offer parents the opportunity to have nurses check the weight of their babies and offer support and advice on issues including feeding.
“All other services provided by child and family health including child developmental checks will continue by appointment times which are available from Tuesday to Fridays,” a spokesman for the Western NSW Local Health District said.
“Our outreach clinics will continue as normal.”
The health district and Dubbo Primary and Community Health Centre are promoting the new clinic.
It replaces the clinic held at Dubbo Regional Council chambers on the third Wednesday of each month.
