The only insider info on ASX companies that's legal

The Corporations Act 2001 (s. 205G) requires every director of a listed company to notify the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) about any holdings they have, and any changes in their holdings, no matter how small. The ASX publishes these notices. They are public information.
