WHS sport coordinator Hayley Lyons said is the first WSSA representative for the year in Girls Cricket.
“Bianca travelled to Maitland as captain of the team – a great achievement for a student in year 10 playing in an Open competition,” she said.
Bianca said she thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
“It was great to play and to be a part of this team,” she said.
Bianca was the only representative from WHS, but she was joined by members from Cowra and Blayney.
Although they didn’t win the tournament, the WSSA team were awarded the Sally Curry Spirit of Cricket.
