The Wellington pool will open from October 29 and the Geurie pool will open from November 12.
A total of $50,000 was spent on a number of repairs and maintenance at the Wellington swimming pool, including concrete grinding to remove tripping hazards on the concourse and stabilising the main wall of the 50-metre pool, parks and landcare director Ian McAlister said.
The Geurie pool had its chlorination system replaced.
The Wellington Pool is open seven days a week, excluding Christmas Day, with the early session running from 6am to 7.30am and the day session running from 9am to 7pm.
Price of entry is $5 for adults, $2 for children and $2 for pensioners and non-swimming patrons with discount books of 10 tickets and season passes available.
Geurie Pool is open during weekdays from 6am to 7am for the morning session and 3.30pm to 7pm for the day session and during weekends and school holidays from 6am to 7am for the early session and 11.30am to 7pm for the day session.
The pool is closed Christmas Day.
