Wiradjuri man Paul West gave the Welcome to Country and introduced the sound of the didgeridoo.
The exhibition was opened by art judge Judy Shalhoub and Bathurst Panorama Chorus entertained the audience.
The chorus performed pop-up singing during the festival on Saturday in a number of locations.
Quota Club president Leonie Parker-Lee said they were pleased with the standard of art and attendances.
The club was also appreciative of St Mary’s Catholic School and Wellington Primary School and all children who entered works.
Ms Parker-Lee offered congratulations to all prize winners. Under 12: Xavia Cubillo, Jayke Blacklock and Lily Watts. Highly commended: Brock Stanley, Lucy Carney, Jackson Brown and Milly Wykes. Under 18 winner was Xanthe Fardel with highly commended to Harriett Taylor and Lucy Keirle.
The major art and photography prizes were awarded to David Lake, Leanne Watt, Stuart Vorias, Sue Campbell, Therese Woldhuis, Trevor Parker-Lee and Adam Williams.
Quota was donating profits from the event to the Wellington Primary School Special Needs Class and the Wellington Men’s Shed, Ms Parker-Lee reported.
