Peachey pulled on the number six jersey to direct the side around the park.
It nabbed a narrow 10-6 victory over Lou Grimmet Memorial before being knocked out 40-6 in the quarter-finals by eventual winners Mavis Shipp Memorial.
Peachey scored his side’s only try in that game, and said it was terrific to be back playing with his community.
“We had a good family team, it was good,” he said.
I love coming back. It's pretty awesome...with all the family. It's a good thing and I can't wait for next week, the big one.

“We’ll all go home and get ready for [the NSW Knockout] next week. We're going to try and win it – why not!”
The Brewarrina Googars were also shown the door in the quarter-final, going down to Nugget Hill Memorial 30-12.
The contest began slowly, then, just weeks after helping Wellington Cowboys under 18s to a Group 11 premiership, Kotoni Staggs got on the board for Nugget Hill Memorial.
It wasn’t long before the Broncos-bound youngster showed his class again, making a 30-metre run.
Nugget Hill Memorial were beaten by James Ackerman Memorial in the semi-final 22-12.
