A court case by Cabonne, Oberon and Gundagai councils over mergers has gone into a fourth day at the NSW Land and Environment court in Sydney .

Cabonne mayor Ian Gosper says the case has fluctuated.
‘’It has moved into a third day and it has ebbed and flowed but we’re still in their fighting,’’
Mr Gosper says the group of councils pushed hard to have KPMG figures released by the state government.
‘’The judge ruled that would have to stay with the state but we have also handed affidavits in from our councils and are pushing for evidence on Morrison and Lowe reports to be accepted.’’
Cr Gosper said a number of Sydney councils were at the NSW Land and Environment court.
‘’They were feverishly taking notes and watching what was said’’ .
Cabonne general manager Andrew Hopkins and ANTY amalgamation head Marj Bollinger spoke in the witness box on Wednesday.
‘’If i was scoring it. I would say it was 5-all so far. We have had to change our travel plans because we only expected to be here for 2 days but today should be it and final submissions can be delivered post the final day.’’ Cabonne mayor said.
