The night was a huge success and now they have been asked to come back again for Calcutta night at the Wellington Soldiers Club which is expected to attract big crowds because of the two $100,000 races. The Country Championship Qualifier and the Wellington Boot.
Rhythm guitarist Tim Parker says the group of talented local musicians in the old days were high profile in the central west playing to packed houses.
"Many of the band members will be coming back for the weekend from different parts of central coast and queensland and like a good bottle of wine have got better with age," Mr Parker said.
"We play a variety of music including Pink Floyd, Cold Chisel, Australian Crawl, Dragon, Paul Kelly and even Creedence Clearwater Revival Band, John Cougar Mellencamp.'
"It's just like the old days when you go and out and enjoy really rock and roll and also get up and dance... and have a really good night out.''
Lost Cauze will play on Saturday night of March 12 after the calcutta is held at the Wellington Soldiers Memorial Club.
