The 200-metre Individual Medley record came crashing down at St Mary's swimming carnival talented when 11-year-old flyer Josie Clarke cruised home in a personal best.

But strangely enough it's not her favourite event.
"I love breaststroke really. I have fun when I swim and I love the water," she said.
Josie is a multi-talented sportsperson and mentor Pip Smith says she is the ultimate athlete.
"She loves swimming and is very humble about her achievements and a real team player. I am delighted someone so understated performed so well," she said.
Josie says she loves being in the open spaces. The farm girl just spurts confidence when she hits the water.
"I just love being outside. I also like playing soccer and touch football. Sport is great fun," she said.
Her uncle and local Touch Football coach Alistaire Thompson said she impressed at both touch football and in the pool, and was one of town's best athletes.
