After a six-year wait for a shed of their own, members of the Wellington Men's Shed were up at dawn to see their shed finally arrive by truck all the way from near the Queensland border.

Their excitement was palpable as they saw their dreams turn into reality.
It is the first of two Lysaght sheds which were secured by federal Member for Parkes, Mark Coulton from the Australian Defence Force.
Originally intended for use in the Vietnam war, the sheds are still in their crates.
The Men's Shed still needs to raise the funds for the electricity, water and sewerage connection before the cement goes down and they can start building but they are currently holding a sheep drive, calling on the help of farmers.
