This Saturday's events include the A and B Grade Monthly Medal, Round 9 of the Wellington Soldiers Memorial Club Pointscore and Round 9 of the John Gersbach Putting competition. The Wellington Soldiers Memorial Club is kindly sponsoring the day.
On Sunday the D and J Rural Supplies Mixed Foursomes championships over 27 holes will be played in both A and B Grades, as well as the Grass Greens Championships which will be played at Duntry League Golf Club.
Last Saturday's event was a Ransom with the order of play being 1-6 4BBB, 7-12 Aggregate, 13-18 Multiplier.

Winners from last Saturday's golf were Kevin Reid and Chris Woolfrey who combined well to finish with 59pts.
Runners-up were Paul Hannelly and Peter Payne who finished with 58pts.
Ball competition winners were Kevin Reid and Chris Woolfrey 59pts, Paul Hannelly and Peter Payne 58pts, Kurt Cusack and Peter Cornish 57pts, J Baker and Gary Holding 56pts, and Norm Royal and Robert Baker 54pts on a countback.
Ron Stubberfield Toyota Terrific Tee shot on the third was Brian Kiss, on the eighth Peter Payne, on the 14th Gary Holding, on the 16th Kevin Reid.
McCarthy-Staggs Tiling nearest the pin in two shots on the 15th hole went to Robert Baker.
McDonald's Biggest Whack in A Grade went to Kurt Cusack and in B Grade it was Paul Hannelly.
Brent's NFI award winners from last Saturday's golf were the Cowan brothers, Tony and Ron, who knew they were in for a bad day.
As they drove away from the first tee, Ron's club fell off the back of the golf cart. Their final score was 37pts.
Draw for the semi-finals of the Kiss Trophy is Mitchell Cusack taking on Josh Bullock and Garth Watts taking on John Donnelly.
All matches are to be played by August 15.
Top five in the Wellington Soldiers Memorial Club Pointscore after eight rounds is Garth Watts with 172pts, Luke Milgate 149pts, James Cusack 145pts, Malcolm Payne 123pts and Gary Cusack 118pts.
Top five in the Maurie Lay Memorial Pointscore sponsored by Twin River's Printing and the President's Pointscore is David Naveau 875pts, Geoff Walker 818pts, Steven McCarroll 790pts, Kevin Reid764pts and Peter Payne 755pts.
Top three in the John Gersbach Putting Competition after eight rounds is James Cusack with 191putts, Garth Watts 201putts, David Naveau 204putts. Round 8 winner of the putting competition was Ab Towney who had 25putts.
Top five in the Barmen Trophy is Gary Cusack and Garth Watts on 76pts, Peter Cornish 74pts, David Ryan 72pts and Lewis McCarthy 71pts.
Raffle winner was Tony Cowan and the lucky schooner winner was Chris Woolfrey.
