Clothing manufacturer Woolerina and local stud Glenwood Merinos were at the Mudgee Small Farm Field Days sharing the story of how their garments were made from the sheep at Glenwood right through to the finished product.

They are now exporting to Japan and Woolerina's Warwick Rolfe said while the internet was a great equaliser (people can order from all over the world), events like the field days and markets were an important part of the business.
"A big part of the business is getting the name out there," Woolerina's Penny Rout added.
"We are able to talk to people and express views."
Mr Rolfe said it was also a chance to showcase how technology had changed in the wool industry.
"People are still not aware that they can wear wool in a wide range of temperatures. Technologies have improved so much in the last 15-20 years," he said. "Because of technology we now understand what makes them itch or prickle."
