The program is free and prepares children with early-reading, numeracy, creative arts and perceptual motor activities.
It is run by assistant principal and primary co-ordinator Leanne Clarke, who holds a Masters degree in Early Childhood.
It is open to all children turning five before April 30, 2016, whether or not they are enrolled in St Mary's for next year.
Mrs Clarke said parents were welcome to come along and observe how kindergarten children interacted and learned.
"It is a friendly and supportive learning atmosphere at St Mary's," she said.
"The School Readiness Program starts to break down barriers with kids coming into the school environment while they have a parent there next to them," she said.
An information night will take place with a barbecue on Wednesday May 27 at 5.30pm.
The program starts Wednesday, June 3 and continues each Wednesday for three weeks from 9.30am to 10.45am.
