Organiser Pam Gough said there was a huge range and good variety of street stalls to line the main street (which will be closed off), and the road through to the cricket/sports ground and old Bohme's Hall where the helicopter will be located.
"Lots of food stalls offer a great variety backed by barbecues, our shop and home cooked morning/Devonshire teas at Granny P's in the Hall," she said.
"The hall will also stage the Doll, Bear and Craft Expo and sales, while the 1880-built Railway Hotel, which has been restored as an Arts and Crafts Centre by local enthusiasts, will house an Art Show by several well-known and rising artists whose work will be for sale.
"In addition to plants and trees for sale, a selection of plants from the world-renowned Arboretum will be available.
"Lots of fun activities for the kids and adults plus coach rides and more. Live music and entertainment down the main street and Poetry in the Pub commences at 2pm," she said.
"A special steam train was organised but had to be replaced with an old diesel due to dry weather.
"A great way to reflect on earlier times and for families and friends to arrive from Parkes, Manildra, Molong and Orange.
"It will be parked here for the day. (Bookings on line google LVR.)
"We are fortunate to have the XPT each day which arrives from Sydney via Orange at 12.30pm, returning from Dubbo at 3pm, for those who don't want to drive.''
